I hold a Professional Certified Life Coach (CPLC) from the University of Georgia and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches. I have completed extensive training in areas of psychology, goal setting, and communication and am versed in the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Along with 15+ years experience in business management/HR, and a continuing education towards an MS in Counseling, I am well suited to meet the needs of a wide variety of clients.
I am an American Psychological Association undergraduate affiliate (APA), and a member of the ADHD Coaches Association (ACO) and CHADD.
