Found In Thought Coaching Model, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

We provide educational coaching, not medical treatment or therapy. Therefore, we are not a "Covered Entity" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Instead, we treat your data with the rigor of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and utilize bank-grade security infrastructure to ensure your personal roadmap remains private.

We collect the following types of "Confidential Client Information":

• Demographic Information: Name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth.
• Coaching Data: Goals, challenges, wins, and progress related to the "Big 8" of Executive Function.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed via our secure third-party processors.
• Session Data: Transcriptions and notes from coaching sessions used for quality assurance and coach focus.

• Coaching Partnership: To coordinate and manage your Executive Function, academic, and business coaching.
• Quality Assurance: To train our staff and ensure the highest level of coaching support.
• Billing & Operations: To process payments and maintain your account in our portal.
• As Required by Law: To comply with legal obligations (e.g., court orders) or to prevent imminent harm to self or others.

We use SOC 2-compliant and bank-grade encrypted tools to keep your data in a "Vault":

• TheBig8 Portal (CoachAccountable): Our primary secure platform. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Zoom: Used for virtual sessions. We utilize Zoom’s professional security features to ensure call privacy.
• AI Transcription (Fathom/Fireflies): These tools transcribe sessions so coaches can remain 100% present. Data is encrypted and used only for internal coaching purposes.
• GoDaddy: Our website host for initial inquiries and public forms.

We respect your inbox.

• No Spam: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
• Opt-In: By providing your number, you consent to receive coaching-related texts (scheduling, reminders).
• Opt-Out: You may reply "STOP" at any time to opt-out of SMS communication.

Because we work with minors, we require a Parent or Guardian ("Sponsor") to consent to this policy. We provide high-level updates to parents while maintaining a "Private Launch Pad" for the student to ensure the trust necessary for successful coaching.dsa

You own your progress. You may request a summary of your coaching data or ask for the deletion of your records (subject to our 7-year professional retention policy) at any time.
